Bill And Marla, Founders
Founders, Bill and Marla Zenger, have spent their entire careers in the home building industry making Autumn Homes one of the area’s most iconic builders. Though still active in the business, they are extremely proud to have their two sons, Christian and Tyler, on the Autumn team.
Christian, Sales & Customer Relations
Having grown up in the building business, Christian’s love for design and construction was fostered at an early age. Upon graduating from Naperville Central High School he went on to obtain a bachelor’s degree from University of Wisconsin Whitewater. After college Christian gained valuable experience working as a production manager in the marine manufacturing industry. Having returned to the family business, he now works in many aspects of the company including new sales development and customer relations.
Tyler, Field Manager
From a very young age, Tyler envisioned himself working in the family business. He worked part time as an assistant superintendent during his years at Naperville Central and through college. He earned a bachelor’s degree in construction management from Western Illinois University. He started his career, literally from the foundation up, working in the commercial concrete industry. Tyler now serves as our construction superintendent working closely with both tradesmen and clients throughout the build process.
